You will manage own caseload of mixed property litigation work, including utilities. Cases will include both residential and commercial work, covering estate management work, possession actions, business lease renewals, injuncting, rent recovery and more.
It will be expected that you are a newly qualified or experienced Property Litigation Solicitor, who is passionate about providing a high level of work to a range of clients. You will have a flexible approach, be highly driven and motivated.
